What is OmniHealth?
OmniHealth is your personal health journal. Record your readings, medicines and notes, build a continuing story across appointments and care providers, and choose which information to share with family, carers and health professionals.
Does it automatically collect records from my care providers?
The journal brings together information you record or import using the features available in the app. It does not automatically retrieve every record held by your GP, hospital or other care providers.
Are these the actual app screens?
Yes. The mobile screenshots were supplied by OmniHealth. Web screens were captured from the demo account, using the sample profile Jane Smith. Select iPhone or Android in the tour to compare available screens.
What does Ask AI do?
The app lets you ask a question about a health profile’s recent record. Its interface describes replies as general information, not a diagnosis. The tour shows the actual question screen; it does not simulate a medical answer.
How does the Emergency Card work?
The supplied screens show medical details, emergency contacts and an option to create a QR wallpaper. You choose which details to show. Anyone holding a live emergency link can see those selected items; the web app also provides link expiry and revocation controls.
Can I use OmniHealth on different devices?
The supplied screenshots cover Android phones, iPhone and iPad. A web application is also available at omnihealth.solutions.
